These offers are available only to attendees who book an estimate with us during the show and receive official Dakota Decking promotional cards.

These promotions are separate from and in addition to our standard construction contract.

How to Qualify

To receive any Home Show Special:

    •    You must be physically present at the Home Show during event dates.

    •    You must book your on-site estimate at the show.

    •    You must receive your official Dakota Decking discount and/or warranty card.

    •    Cards must be presented at time of redemption.

Priority Spring Scheduling

Be first on our build calendar and enjoy your deck all summer long.

    •    A non-refundable $1,000 deposit secures your reserved calendar position.

    •    Scheduling is first-come, first-served.

    •    Limited, early spring build spots are reserved exclusively for Home Show participants.

    •    Valid for full deck builds or complete replacements only (not repairs).

    •    Cannot be used towards non-refundable deposit

While we work hard to stay on schedule, weather and other unforeseen circumstances may impact timelines.

$1,000 Full Deck Rebuild Credit

Receive a $1,000 credit toward your full deck rebuild or replacement project.

    •    Valid for full rebuilds or replacements only.

    •    Applied to your total contracted project amount.

    •    Must present your official Home Show discount card.

    •    No expiration once issued.

    •    No cash value.

    •    The $1,000 Home Show Credit cannot be used for non-refundable deposit.

This credit is stackable with all other Home Show promotions.

One-Year Extended Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

Home Show participants receive a One-Year Extended Workmanship Warranty beginning at project completion.

Covered:

    •    Fastener Adjustments – Inspection and tightening of deck fasteners that may naturally loosen due to seasonal expansion and contraction.

    •    Stair & Railing Stability Inspection – Evaluation and correction of any movement related to installation workmanship to ensure stairs and rail systems remain secure and structurally sound.

    •    Deck Board Movement Review – Inspection of deck boards for abnormal shifting or separation caused by installation related issues.

    •    Craftsmanship-Related Installation Defects – Repair of issues directly resulting from installation workmanship that do not meet Dakota Decking’s quality standards.

Not Covered:

    •    Normal wear and tear

    •    Weather events or Acts of God

    •    Manufacturer material defects

    •    Neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance

This warranty is transferable within the one-year term and requires presentation of your Home Show warranty card at the time of service request.
